Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is uniquely tailored to the specifications provided by our customers at the time of ordering and cannot be restocked or resold. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the initial order placement. After this period, your order will have been processed and work will begin on your custom product, and we can no longer offer a cancellation or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final once the order is placed and confirmed. Please note that due to the customization of each product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once production has commenced.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photographs and a detailed description of the issue so we can address it promptly. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved after evaluation of a damaged or defective product claim, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
